This is one of my first drawings of Michael Jackson, which I did as my tribute to the man who is considered a great artist, perfect singer, innovative dancer, unique creator, a man who is called the King of Pop or even the King of music, a huge star known everywhere around the world... But above all, he is simply a beautiful human being - a man with a beautiful soul... He IS still alive in our hearts.

And Ms. Tracy, thank you for your beautiful comment. This picture was taken few months before Michael's 25th birthday - on February 25, 1983, when he got a Platinum certification for the Thriller album. He was still so young back then :) I really fell in love with the original picture - we can almost see his soul through those beautiful, too often sad, dark brown eyes - so i decided to try to capture it on paper... Thank you again!
